WHAT SYMPTOMS HAVE YOU SEEN? HOW LONG HAVE THEY LASTED?  WHAT MAKES THEM GETS BETTER OR WORSE?

Just a gentle reminder - for the safety of all of our guests and our employees all patients and boarding pets must be current on vaccinations. 

 If your pet has received them elsewhere, please provide us with verification, or a telephone that we can call and confirm. 

 No animals are admitted without current vaccinations.  Thank you for your cooperation. Without proof they will be vaccinated upon entrance.

 If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks upon entering into the clinic we will treat them with Frontline and you will be charged for this. 

Also, if we see evidence of intestinal worms, or have reason to need to run a fecal (worm check) on your pet while he/she is boarding, and the lab test results show positive findings for worms, we will treat your pet at your expense while he is boarding with us.  For the safety of all of the pets and the employees we need to keep our boarding area flea, tick and intestinal worm free. Thank you.

Vaccination history must be validated prior to boarding or vaccinations will be given upon admittance. All boarders must be worm, flea and tick free at owners cost.

I understand that dogs are bathed and Frontline treated the night before they are to be released.  This includes 15 minutes of brushing.  Additional brushing time can be purchased.

I authorize you to treat my pet for any emergency or necessary medical conditions including diarrhea and coughing, which occur during this visit.

If your pet is not picked up within ten days of the agreed upon pick up date the animal will be considered abandoned and will be taken of at the veterinarians discretion.  The owner will still be responsible for all costs involved with boarding, treatment, and placement of the pet.

Boarding guests may arrive and depart between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon Saturday at our clinic.  Pets may not be admitted or released on Sunday or major holidays. Please call us if you have any questions at 816-741-8338.  You should receive a confirmation for your boarding reservations within the next 72 hours.  Thank you for using our on-line service.
